CAPTAINS DAY – Saturday 15th July
Captains Day is only a couple of weeks away!
Captain Jason Worton has decided to run a ‘Hickory Golf’ Theme. This is the Golfing era of the early 1900’s. Knee high socks and flat caps need to be at the ready for a fun filled day of golf followed by a Hunley BBQ!
The format will be a Stableford off the Yellow tee’s of Morgans and it will be a Qualifier.
Tee times run from 7am until 2.30pm, with the slots between 11am and midday reserved for Ladies. Booking is NOW OPEN!
Any donations to the Raffle on the day will be much appreciated and you can donate them to the Golf shop.
Golf Day Friday Warning
Just to let you know that Hunley are hosting the annual Go Mobile Golf Day on this Friday.
The Par 3 course will be busy from 9am – 11am and the course of the day will be closed from 8.30am – 5pm due to a midday shotgun.
I apologise for the inconvenience.
Ladies Vase this Saturday
This Saturday is the Ladies Vase.
Tee time run between 10am & 11am. Entry is open on the online booking system.
3 Man Texas Scramble this Sunday
This Sunday the 3 man Texas Scramble is taking place on the course of the day.
Booking is now open and tee times will run from 7am – 10.30am. Enjoy!!
Pro’s Stableford Result
Colin Hart took the winnings from Sunday’s Pro Stableford with a brilliant 37 points off the White Tees of the Morgans Course. Stephen Jones came 2nd with 37 points also, only to be beaten on countback. Congratulations!
Ladies Weekend League Team Update!
The good run of the Ladies Weekend League team came to an end on Saturday when they played at Thirsk & Northallerton. Each of our ladies had to give shots to the home team, so considering this, a 2-1 defeat wasn’t a bad result.
Captains Away Day Deposits
