Walker Cup Results
This Weekend saw Hunley Host the Walker Cup. It was played over 36 holes on the Jubilee Course. Scoring conditions were difficult with high winds on both days.

1st: Martin Willis 67 Nett (B9)
2nd: Mark Pearson 67 Nett (B9)
3rd: Kyle Crooks 67 Nett
Best Gross: Kyle Crooks 73 Gross

Day 2 Results:
1st: Scott Oglesby 65 Nett
2nd: Brian Cullen 67 Nett
3rd: Ray Harker 69 Nett

36 holes of golf wasn’t enough to choose a winner. Ray Harker and Martin Willis competed in a 4 Hole Medal playoff to determine a winner. Martin Willis came out on top with a great win. Well done Martin!
Malton Mug
Vice Captain Tony Zutshi is organising the Malton Mug this year. It will be held at Castle Eden Golf Club on Friday 21st September. The cost will £38 and first tee off is 10.30. Day includes bacon sandwiches and coffee before play, 18 holes and a 2 course meal after play. The sign up sheet is in the locker room. Please place your name with a £10 deposit to Tony or the Golf Shop.
Members Mixed Swindle
John Deane and Dave Pearson have organised a Members Mixed Swindle for Bank Holiday Monday (27th August). Tee times start at 11.30am. The draw will be done on the morning around 11am. There is a sign up sheet in both locker rooms.
