There is only one thing to talk about this week.. The Open!
With the weather, Royal Birkdales superb form and the mixture of the world’s top golfers, this major, like others was never going to disappoint.
After the cut being +5 some of the top players managed to scramble and scrape to make the cut, Mcilroy was +5 through 6 holes on the first day and Chris Wood having an eagle on the 18th to make the cut.
The Winner in the end was Jordan Speith! After a rocky start the young American came good in the end shooting 69 to win by 3! Finishing 5 under for your last 5 holes in a major shows you are the real deal!
