Annual Handicap Review
As we get closer to the review, any golfer who believes that their own handicap does not reflect their playing ability is now invited to apply in writing for a reduction/increase and to set out the reasons.
Applications should be directed via email to [email protected] or via a letter to myself.
Captain’s Drive In Success!
Sunday was a brilliant success, with Nigel Prudom & Michael Money taking the winnings for the Gents and Anne Marshall and Carolyn Rylander winning the Ladies prize pot!
Jason Worton, Carol Cooke and Daniel Twiby all hit a drive from the Hunley lawn and hit a grand total of 734 Yards. Jackie Hay had the nearest guess with 710 yards in the sweep. The sweep raised over £100 for Jason’s charity, the RNLI.

Magoo’s Christmas Swindle
On the 27th of December 2016, we will be holding the yearly Christmas Swindle in memory of the late Peter Hartas.
The list of last year’s Christmas Swindle entrants has been used as a draw list for this years. If you would like to play then please let any of the golf shop team know ASAP. If you would like to play and did not play last year, you will be placed on a reserve list & informed if you will be playing shortly.
The format is a 4 Man Team, best 2 scores to count on each hole, Stableford, 90% Handicap.
The Entry fee is £5 and this must be paid by the 18th December to any of the Golf Team.
Bangers and Mash also available on the day for £5. This must also be paid for in advance.
