Cook Shield Shotgun & Dinner
What a great day Saturday was, with plenty of sunshine for the first time in a while! It was brilliant to see and from what I’ve heard, the course was in superb condition, especially the greens. Well done to the Hunley Greens Staff team.
Congratulations to Mike Waters and Ian Mitchell on winning the shotgun 4BBB Medal with a Nett 59!
The day was concluded with the annual Cook Shield Dinner. Comedian & Illusionist Billy Flywheel had us at the edge of our seats and was truly enjoyable.

Easter Shotgun Next Sunday!
The Easter shotgun will take place on Sunday 1st April. It will begin at 9am and bookings are now open via the online booking system.
Your partner will be drawn at random on Thursday the 29th of this month and Ladies can be playing with Gents.
The Format is a 4BBB competition and is played off the Ladies stroke indexes and Pars.
Gents Locker Room Tidy
This is just a polite notice regarding the Gents Locker Room before the season. The Hunley Golf Team are wanting to have it spic and span and tidy for the spring period.
I would like to ask that everyone to have all shoes, bags trolleys (anything not in a locker) to be removed by the 31st March.
If anything is not collected in before this date, we will be taking it to a Marie Curie charity shop.
If you would like to hire a locker for the year, then please let the golf team know. They are £35 per year and has room for a golf bag and pair of shoes.

Mixed Pairs Swindle
On Monday 2nd of April we will be running a mixed pairs Swindle.
There is a sign-up sheet in the Gents and Ladies Locker Rooms. Tee Times will be from 11am so please meet in the bar at 10:30. Entry will be £1 a person (in cash on the day)

Open competition at Hunley in 2018

Entry is £15 for guests and only £10 for Members. You will get tea & coffee on arrival and a chance to win some superb prizes!

Junior Open: 4th August 2018 – Individual Stableford – Only £5
