4 Club Challenge Results
A superb turnout for the 4 Club Challenge. There was not one spot left!
Paul Dixon took home the title with 41 points and Lee Preston continues his good form from 2016 with 2nd place. A rare podium Sid Baldwin with 40 points earned him a 3rd place finish.
Andrea Young took the title for the ladies with 28 points and Julie Hogan closely followed with 27 points.
I hope all that played had an enjoyable time and it shows that you don’t need a full bag of clubs to play some good golf!
Quiz Nights at Hunley are Back!
One thing I’ve heard many of you mention is that you miss a quiz night at Hunley…
From THIS Friday (27th January) QUIZ NIGHT is Back!
Entry: £1 per player on the evening. (No need to pre-order tickets)
The quiz will start at 9pm and will run for approx 1 hour. Prizes Available!
(I have scheduled one quiz a month at the moment. However, if the Quiz is popular & you all enjoy it, I would love to make it into a more regular event!)
Irish Night

Brigit’s Mantle are Back at Hunley for Irish Night! The Teesside-based 6 piece Irish folk band, play classic numbers made famous by the likes of The Dubliners, the Pogues and Planxty.

Captain’s Charity Car Park Spot
From Today (Monday 23rd January), you will be able to enter a draw to WIN your very own car parking spot in the Hunley Car Park.
Club Captain Jason Worton and Hunley are reserving an additional space to the Captain’s Row for the winner of the Raffle.
Tickets will be £1 and can be purchased from the golf shop until the end of February.
The space will be donated on the 1st of March and will remain YOUR place until the beginning of Mr Steve Linfords term.
Buggies & Trollies in the Rough
This is a gentle reminder that ALL Buggies and Trollies MUST be kept in the rough at all times.
This is to keep the condition of the course playable in addition to the health & safety of Hunley Golfers.
