Hunley’s Weekly Highlight
Unfortunately due to the weather we were unable to get out onto the course for the annual Juniors & Ladies competition… however 6 Juniors & 6 Ladies took to the putting green and driving range to battle out in an alternative competition!
It was a very successful event, with lots of laughter! We look forward to a game out on the course in better weather!
In addition to the game with the ladies, our Hunley Juniors played their first ever competition on Saturday afternoon.
6 Juniors took to the 9 holes under the bridge and competed in an individual Stableford.
Jack Farrell was successful with 26 stableford points cutting his handicap to 36! Amber Westwood came close in second with 22 points and also seeing her handicap cut to 36.5!
Well done to Johnny and all the juniors for all their hard work in getting official CONGU handicaps and competing (and enjoying) their first official competition.
